AMENDED
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
MEADOW GREEN-WEST ADDN. ill
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for the second phase of the Meadow
Green-West Addn. #1 Subdivision, a forty-four lot subdivision,
located in the NE 1/4 of Section 16 was submitted on August 31,
1989, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the developer making all lots buildable by eliminating the
wetlands and removing the objections of the City Engineer and all
objecting agencies, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has further recommended that a bike
path be dedicated to the City from Scenic Drive to the bike path
on the Wisconsin Electric Power Company right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the preliminary plat for the second phase of
the Meadow Green West Addn. #1 Subdivision, a forty-four lot
subdivision, located in the NE 1/4 of Section 16, subject to
compliance with the conditions of the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving and
objecting agencies and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the water connection shall be put in
prior to construction of the bike path, subject to approval of
the City Engineer.
