APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Restful Lane - Wernette)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on March 3, 1989,
to finalize a four parcel division of the Tom Wernette property
in the SE quarter of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee and Milwaukee
Metropolitan Sewerage District have approved the extension of
service, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a four
parcel division of the Tom Wernette property in the SE quarter of
Section 11, subject to the submittal and approval of a
subdivider's agreement and letter of credit for the public
improvements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance
and approval of the City Engineer.
