RESOLUTION INDICATING CITY'S PRESENT INTENT AS TO
VANGAARD BUILDERS, INC.
THE CONCEPT OF RS-2 (OPD) ZONING PROPOSED BY
WHEREAS, Vangaard Builders, Inc. has petitioned the Council to
RS-2 (OPD) to allow multi-family development, and
rezone property located in the NE 1/4 of Section 4 from RS-1 to
