COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MUSKEGO TO DISCONTINUE RESOLUTION
AND VACATE A ROAD RESERVATION
SOUTHWEST OF TESS CORNERS DRIVE IN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the
following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a street,
to-wit:
Road Reservation illustrated and described in
SS #856756, recorded on July 12, 1973, and
further described in Vol. 13 of CSM, pages 75 & 76.
is designated in red on a map hereto annexed, made a part hereof
That the street discontinued and vacated by this resolution
and marked Exhibit "A".
Furthermore, this approval is contingent on the title
company giving evidence that the road vacation goes to the
abutting owners shall give evidence that this has been
abutting property owners. If such evidence is not obtained, the
accomplished.

The following resolution having been introduced in the
Common Council of the City of Muskeeo. Wisconsin. at a meetine of
said Council, held Octobe; 10, 1989-at the Council Room, at Cyty
Hall, Muskego, Wisconsin to-wit:
"BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a
following described real estate in the City of muskego,
street, to-wit:
Road Reservation ilustrated and described in
SS #856756, recorded on July 12, 1973, and
further described in Vol. 13 of CSM, pages 75 & 76.
That the street discontinued and vacated by this resolution
is designated in red on a map hereto annexed, made a part
hereof and marked Exhibit "A".
Introduced this 10th day of October, 1989. -
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by said Common Council, that a
hearing on the passage of said Resolution be held at a meeting of
Wisconsin, on the 28th day of November, 1989, at 7:20 o'clock,
said Common Council at the Council Room, City Hall, Muskego,
P.M. -
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Notice of the Hearing on said
Resolution be published in the Muskego Sun as a Class 3 Notice;
and that, in addition, Notice of said hearing be served on the
owners of all of the frontage of the lots and lands abutting on
said real estate herein before described sought to be vacated,
and discontinued, as a street, in the manner provided for the
before said hearing.
