DEFERRING PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENT FOR COSTS OF SEWER
FOR THE GEORGE AND ALVIN SCHAEFER PROPERTY IN SECTION 8
IN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, COUNTY OF WAUKESHA, STATE OF WISCONSIN
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego previously
Assessments for Properties Owned by George and Alvin Schaefer in
adopted Resolution #171-81, Resolution Approving Deferred
the amount of $30,709.96, and
WHEREAS, the deferral
October 9, 1989, and
WHEREAS, Resolution #
period for said assessment expires on
168-89 severed said assessment as follows:
Tax Key No. 2192.980 $16,093.85
Tax Key No. 2191.998 17,380.01
WHEREAS, the City and Alvin Schaefer wish to defer said
period under the new deferral policy of the City as adopted in
assessment and the interest due at the end of said deferral
Resolution #1 12-86 except as said policy may be varied by this
resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the request of Alvin Schaefer and recommendation
of the Public Utilities Committee, as follows:

1. That the assessment deferred by Resolution #171-81 in the
amount of $30,709.96 and interest due or to become due
thereon in the amount of $2,763.90 is deferred for 5 years
terms and conditions of Resolution 8112-86 unless from the date of this resolution, but only pursuant to the
specifically amended by this resolution.
2. That interest shall be charged at the rate of 9% per annum
on the unpaid balance including accrued interest from the
date of this resolution until the entire assessment is
paid in full.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution is subject to the
approval of the City Attorney.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution is null and void
unless accepted by Alvin Schaefer on or before October 9, 1989.
