APPROVAL OF INGRESS-EGRESS PERMIT AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, Michael Hollman and Victoria Wenneshiemer wish to have
ingress and egress on the City of Muskego property described as:
Blacktop driveway in existence to Pump House #4 over a
T5N, R20E, R1000/361 WD 5/88, and
portion of Outlot 2, Guernsey Meadows, PT NE 114, Sec. 10,
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee approves granting of the
right of ingress and egress on the above described land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Agreement, as attached, for Michael Hollman and Victoria
Committee, does hereby approve the Ingress-Egress Permit
Wenneshiemer on the City of Muskego property described above,
subject to the provisions stated therein.

" INGRESS-EGRESS PERMIT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Michael Hollman and Victoria Wenneshiemer, hereinafter
referred to as "HOLLMAN", wish to have ingress and egress on the City
of Muskego property described as:
Blacktop driveway in existence to Pump House
#4 over a portion of Outlot 2, Guernsey Meadows,
PT NE 1/4, SEC 10, T5N, R20E, R1000/361 WD 5/88
and,
WHEREAS, the CITY OF MUSKEGO, hereinafter referred to as "CITY", owns
said land.
NOW, THEREFORE, for valuable consideration acknowledged by all
parties, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The CITY, grants HOLLMAN a non-exclusive
right of ingress and egress on the land
described above which may be revoked by the
CITY at any time on written notice to
HOLLMAN. HOLLMAN releases CITY from any
liability growing out of their use of City
land and agrees to indemnify and hold
harmless the CITY and it's representatives
for any claims for liability against the CITY
growing out of their use; including defense,
attorney fees, etc. HOLLMAN agrees that no
vehicles shall ever be parked on the City's
have access to the City's property. property. No vehicles over 5 tons shall
