RESOLUTION #244-89
DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEERS TO BID OUT
THE HWY. 'L' SEWER PROJECT
(Enterprise to 21392 West)
WHEREAS, Resolution #98-88, as amended, directed the City
Engineers and City Attorney to prepare the necessary plans, specs
and obtain easements necessary for the Hwy. 'L' sewer project,
and
WHEREAS, these specs have been completed and the easements have
been obtained, and
WHEREAS, Waste Management of Wisconsin, Inc. has agreed to bear
part of the cost of this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby direct the City Engineers to bid out the
Hwy. 'L' sewer project, subject to execution of the Waste
Management agreement and compliance with the conditions contained
therein.
