APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Harold DeBack)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on August 25, 1989
to finalize a one parcel division of the Harold DeBack property
in the NE 114 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the approval of the rezoning from EA to R-1 and receipt of a
favorable perc test for the site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a one
parcel division of the Harold DeBack property in the NE 1/4 of
Section 32, subject to the approval of the rezoning from EA to R-
1 and receipt of a favorable perc test for the site.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance
and approval of the City Engineer. 0 ..
