APPROVAL OF LISTING CONTRACT - CITY-OWED LAND

BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
approve the listing contract as attached for the city-owned
property located on Ruby Drive (Tax Key 82174.1 71) for the term
9/6/89 to 2/6/90 with a listing price of $13,900.00, with the
net proceeds from the sale being designated for Parks capital
improvements.
