AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDED AGREEMENT
(Valley Drive - Water/Hampe)
WHEKEAS, Resolution #200-89, as amended, allowed the property
addressed at W181 S7802 Valley Drive to be connected to municipal
water with all costs involved in the connection and all
be the responsibility of the property owner, and
engineering, attorney bills, etc. connected with the project to
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee minutes of 8/17/89 allow
attorney bills, etc when a theoretical assessment is involved.
12% of the total assessment cost to be applied to engineering,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize execution of an amended
agreement whereby Edward Hampe shall only be responsible for
property addressed as 14181 S7802 Valley Drive and those
those costs involved in the connection to municipal water of the
engineering, attorney bills, etc. over and above 12% of the total
theoretical assessment.
