CCR1989229TABLED AT COUNCIL - 9/26/89 COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION 11229-89 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THEORETICAL ASSESSMENT POLICY BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby approve amendments to the Assessment Policy for Construction of Sanitary Sewers and Assessment Policy for Construction of Water Mains as attached and made a part hereof. Theoretical assessments may be levied on properties not included in the original assessment roll and where properties not abutting the improvement subject to improvements may subsequently be made for certain Common Council adoption of a Final Resolution and Waiver recommendation by the Public Utilities Committee and by of Assessments and Public Hearings. B. Theoretical assessments shall be levied based on front footage or zoning at the discretion of the Public Utilities Committee. C. If a determination is made by the Public Utilities Committee that unique circumstances cause the project cost authority to waive the theoretical assessment. to be excessive, the Public Utilities Committee has the D.
