APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
LAKE BRITTANY ESTATES #2
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Lake Brittany Estates #2, a
three lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 12 was submitted
on August 9, 1989, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the preliminary plat for Lake
Brittany Estates 82, a three lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of
Section 12.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all apurovine:
