ESTABLISHING FEE FOR USE OF BARRICADES
AT BLOCK PARTIES
WHEREAS, requests for block parties by citizens are often times
accompanied by requests for street barricades, and
WHEREAS, these barricades are delivered and picked up by the
Public Works Department, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a $15.00
fee be charged for the use of street barricades at block
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby establish a $15.00 fee for the use of
street barricades at block parties. a DATED THIS DAY OF , 1989.
