RESOLUTION INDICATING CITY'S PRESENT INTENT
TO APPROVE THE CONCEPT OF RSM/W OPD ZONING
PROPOSED BY ROBERT STACK
WHEREAS, Robert Stack as agent for Holz/Elger/Scholbe has
petitioned the Council to rezone property located in the NE 1/4
of Section 17 from RS2/W to RSM/W OPD to allow multi-family
development, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
rezoning request, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to indicate its present intention of
approving the concepts which so far have been presented by
Robert Stack, and wishes to defer acting on the rezoning until
all requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to planned
unit developments have been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby indicate its present intention that
it approves of the concept of the project proposed by Robert
Stack, and defers acting on the rezoning request until all
requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to planned
unit developments have been met.
