APPKOVAL OF CEKTIPIED SUKVEY MAP
(Gratzek - Lots 4-7)
WHEKEAS, a certified survey map was submitted on July 20, 1989 to
finalize a four parcel division of the Carl Gratzek property in
the SW 1 /4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEKEFOKE, BE IT KESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a four
Section 9.
parcel division of the Carl Gratzek property in the SW 114 of
BE IT FUKTHEK RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance
and approval of the City Engineer.
