TESS CORNERS CREEK STABILIZATION PROJECT
AWARDING OF BID
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Tess Corners Creek
Stabilization Project, and the following bids were received:
Terra Engineering
Timme, Inc.
Edgerton Contractors
$157,854.30
49,140.54
139,946.23
WHEREAS, the City Engineers have recommended approval of the low
bid of Timme, Inc. in the amount of $49,140.54, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineers have recommended the issuance of a
change order in the amount of $7,000.00 for the clearing of
trees, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the
low bid from Timme, Inc. in the amount of $49,140.54 and the
issuance of a change order in the amount of $7,000.00.
NOW, THEKEFOKE, BE IT KESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee
Inc. in the amount of $49,140.54 for the Tess Corners Creek
Stabilization Project and authorize the issuance of a change
order in the amount of $7,000.00 for the clearing of trees.
BE IT FURTHER KESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the
City, and are further authorized to sign any change orders at
their discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineers.
