AUTHORIZE CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS
AND SPECS AND BID OUT PARK/LAKE DRIVES & RICHARDS LANE
WATER PROJECT
WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest of the City to
provide municipal water to properties located on Park and Lake
Drives and Richards Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Utilities Committee, does hereby authorize the City Engineers
to prepare plans and specifications for bidding out the
Park/Lake Drives & Richards Lane Water Project, and to submit
the legal description and map of the area to the City for
preparation of the Preliminary Resolution.
