WHEKEAS, Kesolution #113-89 shall be declared null and void on
August 1, 1989 if all conditions of the Kesolution have not been
met, which include approval of the certified survey map, and
WHEKEAS, approval of the certified survey map is expected within
the next month.
NOW, THEKEFORE, BE IT KESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the extension of the
deadline date for compliance with Kesolution 11113-89 to September
1, 1989.
