APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY Pwr
WOODSIDE ESTATES SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Woodside Estates Subdivision, an
eleven lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 was submitted
on June 13, 1989, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
sewer and water easements being identified on the plat,
compliance with all objecting agencies' concerns, and payment of
all fees required in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the preliminary plat for Woodside Estates
Subdivision, an eleven lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section
17 subject to compliance with the conditions of the Plan
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving and
objecting agencies and approval of the City Engineer.
