AUTHOKIZING EXECUTION OF AGKEEMENT
(Valley Drive - WaterfHampe)
COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, Walter Hampe has requested the property at W181 57802
Valley Drive be allowed to connect to municipal water, and
WHEREAS, use of the public road right-of-way is needed for
installation of the water mains, and
WHEKEAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended that
municipal water be made available to the Hampe property
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT KESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to prepare
municipal water at W181 S7802 Valley Drive to include that the
