BE IT KESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City's broker and the Finance Committee, does hereby disapprove the attached Offer to Purchase (C. P. Holdings, Inc. - Industrial Park Addn. #l) and does hereby authorize persons to prepare a Counter Offer to contingency section of the rider which is acceptable to the include all normal safeguards and a cut off date in the Broker and the Mayor. Crivello, as Buyer. CP Holdings, Inc.. I. Special imorovements: A. The purchase price includes the following improvements: Sanitary sewer and water laterals are at lot line and will connect to sewer and water at Buyer's expense. fully paid for and available for use by Buyer. Buyer Electric and telephone service is available along rear lot line. Natural gas available in Saturn Drive. B. If said streets are not permanently surfaced at the time of completion of this transaction, said streets when permanently improved shall be at the expense of the City and no special assessments with respect to the permanent improvements of the streets shall be assessed against the property herein described, and the Buyer, his heirs and hereto. assigns, shall have no further obligation with respect 2 11. It is asreed between Buyer and Seller: A.
