APPROVAL OF OFFER TO PURCHASE

BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the City's broker and the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the attached Offer to Purchase
(Herriot-Gruenwald Joint Venture or Assigns) - Industrial Park
Addn. #l) in the amount of $26,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign the Offer in the name of the City.

A. The purchase prlee includes the followlng improvements: Sanltary
sewer and water laterals are ot lot llne and fully paid for and
avellable for use by Buyer. Buyer vlll connect to sever and vater
at Buyer’s expense, Electric nnd telephone service Is svnllable
along rear lot line, Nntural gns ovnllnble in Saturn Drlve,
B. If meid streets are not permanently surfaced at the tlmc of the
completion of thls transaction. said streets when permanently
Improved shall be Bt the expense of the Clty and no speciol
assessments vith respect to the permanent lnprovements of the
streets shall be assessed against thc property hereln descrlbed.
and the Buyer, his helrs and assl~ns. shnll have no furthcr
obllgstion vith respect hereto.
11. 1t is aareed betveen Buyer end Seller:
A. The provlsions of paragraphs thlrteen (13) end fourteen (14) of
the Rules and Regulntlonr for the Huskego Industrlal Park
originally adopted by the Clty of Huskego by Resolution 8145.70 on
July 28. 1970. OS further extended to cover Huskego Industrlnl
Perk Addition A1 on Hay 27, 1986. ore Incorporated hercln by
reference as if fully set forth hereln. Seid provlslons provldc
in effect that in the event the Buyer slmuld deslre to resell n
whlch are not belng used in connection vith Buyer’s buslness. thnt

he must first offer the same to the City for repurchase The City
