RESOLUTION 81 94-89
RESOLUTION AS TO OFFER TO PURCHASE
(Richard Properties, Inc.)
WHEREAS, Richard Properties defaulted on their Offer to
Purchase contract with the City of Muskego for property in the
City's Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, $500.00 earnest money had been paid by Richard
Properties, Inc., and
WHEKEAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the earnest
money be retained.
NOW, THEKEFORE, BE IT KESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the $500.00 earnest money as
liquidated damages which will be divided evenly between the
broker, Mooney, LeSage h Associates and the City of Muskego
after cash advancements made by the broker are reimbursed,
pursuant to the listing contract agreement. 0
