AMENDMENT TO DEPOSIT AND FORFEITURE SCHEDULE
(Operating After Suspension/Revocation)
BE IT KESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, in
accordance with Chapter 1.06(3)(c) of the Municipal Code, and
upon the recommendation of the Rules, Laws and Ordinance
Committee and review by the Police Chief and Municipal Judge,
does hereby approve the following amendment to the Deposit and
Forfeiture Schedule adopted May 12, 1987:
7.343.44(1) Operating After Suspension/Kevocation
1st conviction ( $150-$600)
2nd conviction w/in 5 yrs. ( $300-$1000) $500
4th conviction w/in 5 yrs. ($lS00-$2000) $1700
3rd conviction w/in 5 Grs. ($1000-$2000) $1200
5th conviction w/in 5 yrs. ($2000-$2500) $2200
