RESOLUTION #184-89
RESOLUTION AS TO FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLLS
WHEREAS, from time to time there may be additional laterals that will be requested after adoption of a Final Assessment
Kesolution and there is not adequate time to present the
request to the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the Mayor
be authorized to allow the work being requested to be completed
provided the parties involved have signed a Waiver of
Assessment Notices and Hearings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor to authorize that
the work be done and that a Final Assessment Kesolution will
later be approved by the Common Council.
