THIRD AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
(Schultz Lane)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
by its City Council and for its Third Amended Relocation Order
hereby resolves as follows:
1. That this Resolution is an amendment to a Second Amended
Relocation Order which is Resolution #66-89 which was passed and
approved on March 14, 1989:
2. That this Resolution is a Third Amended Relocation Order
in accordance with §32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the
purposes of the within described public improvement project and
it is also a determination of necessity for that project in
accordance with §32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes:
3. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose to acquire permanent easements and
other necessary temporary construction easements for water course
purposes and fee simple title for street purposes as shown on the
maps attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibits "B",
"C" 6, "D":
4. That said permanent easements and other necessary
temporary construction easements for water course purposes and
fee simple title acquisitions will be built as set forth on the
maps which are annexed to this Third Amended Relocation Order as
Exhibits "B", "C" h "D" and are incorporated herein:
5. That the sites of said permanent easements and other
necessary temporary construction easements for water course
purposes and fee simple title acquisitions are contained in
Exhibits "B", "C" h "D" which are incorporated herein: that legal
descriptions to said sites are attached hereto, made a part
hereof and marked Exhibits "C-2" through "C-12":
6. That the City of Muskego will acquire permanent
0 easements and other necessary temporary construction easements
for water course purposes and fee simple title for street
purposes as indicated on Exhibits "B", "C", "D" and "C-2" through
"C-12".

I hereby certify that on the 25th day of Julv , 1989,
the within Third Amended Relocation Order was adopted by a vote
