KESOLUTION PKOVIDING FOR THE CONTINUED SUPPOKT OF FLOW
WHEKEAS, the Common Council has previously adopted Resolutions
providing for its participation in FLOW and committing
financial support therefor, and
WHEKEAS, the Public Utilities Committee has reviewed the
request from FLOW for a $42,000 contribution and has
recommended approval.
NOW, THEKEFOKE, BE IT KESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Utilities Committee, does hereby approve the payment of
Muskego's contribution of $42,000 to the financial agent for
FLOW.
BE IT FUKTHEK KESOLVED that funds for this expenditure shall be
obtained from the Sewer Utility.
