CCR1989181COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION B181-89 AMENDED BENEFITED PROPERTY AND WAIVER OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT NOTICES FINAL RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST AND HEARINGS UNDER §66.60(18) (WCA - Ross Property) WHEREAS, the undersigned are all of the owners of property described below: MSKC 2234.998.001 Property described as Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map approved by Resolution 111 3-89 which was approved on January 10, 1989 further described as follows: Part of the Northwest 1/4 and Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 19, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, and WHEREAS, the undersigned acceptors of this Resolution are benefited by the water main installation to be installed in the near future in the easement for private water service along the east edge of Crowbar Drive from County Trunk "L" to the Donald Ross residence, which will be installed at the expense of Donald Ross, and WHEKEAS, the property owners listed below have requested water service at this time. NOW, THEREFORE, for valuable consideration acknowledged by all parties and resolved and agreed as follows: 0 stated below, the owners of said property also hereby waive special assessment notices and hearings under §66.60(18) and consent to the levying of special assessment against their property for the benefit of the water improvement referred to above. 1. That by executing the acceptance of this Resolution as Assessment) is hereby levied against the property benefited as set forth in Resolution #267-86, which is hereby made a part of this Resolution. 2.
