APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
LAKE KEE NONG GA MONG - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, a final plat for Lake Kee Nong Ga Mong, a 14 lot
subdivision in Section 6, Town of Norway, has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of Plan Commission, does
hereby approve the final plat for Lake Kee Nong Ga Mong, a 14 lot
subdivision in Section 6, Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving and
objecting agencies.
