RESOLUTION #173-89
AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE OF PARK DEDICATION FUNDS
(Parkland Plaza Parkland Study)
WHEKEAS, the Parks h Recreation Board has requested
authorization for expenditure of park dedication funds not to
exceed of $1,770.00 for the purpose of evaluating the
City of Muskego's 15 acre "Parkland Plaza" park site and
suitability and potential for recreational development of the
surrounding undeveloped lands, and
WHEREAS, these costs will be funded from Park Dedication
Account f0100-0000-0245, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee does hereby authorize the expenditure of park
dedication funds in an amount not to exceed $1,770.00 for the
purpose of evaluating the suitability and potential for
recreational development of the City of Muskego's 15 acre
"Parkland Plaza" park site and surrounding lands.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Parks h Recreation Supervisors,
in consultation with the Mayor, are directed to attempt to obtain the land costs from the Assessor and pare down the
report in such a manner as to reduce the cost.
