APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY HABITATION OF A TRAILER

WHEREAS, an application for Permit for Temporary Habitation of a
Trailer has been received from Gerald h Janice Dovic for their
property addressed W151 S8102 Mystic Drive, and
WHEREAS, the $25.00 inspection fee has been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant the request of Gerald h Janice
the property addressed W151 S8102 Mystic Drive subject to
Dovic to occupy a trailer from July 1, 1989 to January 1, 1990 on
approval by the Building Inspector.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to submittal
of a $50.00 permit fee.
