WHEREAS, Resolution #122-76 established guidelines for the application of wastewater residue (sludge) on agricultural lands, and WHEREAS, A. J. Legal description: W 1/2 NW 1/4 S 19 T 5 R 20. A plat map is attached. 5(d) Size of Site. 200 acres of the site is west of the city boundary and is located in the Town of Vernon. Approximately 70 acres is located in the city. 5(e) Application will be conducted in the fall (Oct. Nov.) of 1989 after the crops are removed. 5(f) The application method will be by hydraulic injection. acre of available nitrogen.
