APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF WASTEWATER RESIDUE
(A. J. Cartage Co.)
WHEREAS, Resolution #122-76 established guidelines for the
application of wastewater residue (sludge) on agricultural
lands, and
WHEREAS, A. J. Cartage Co. has requested a permit for

WHEREAS, the wastewater residue will come from Waukesha and
will be applied during the months of October and November, 1989
after the crops are removed, and
WHEREAS, the Public Welfare Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Welfare
Committee, does hereby approve the application of wastewater
Bros. property during the months of October and November, 1989,
residue by A. J. Cartage Co. on the Anthony h Jerome Salentine
subject to DNR approval, with the permit to expire December 31,
1989.

5(c) The farm field is located on the western boundary of the city in the south west
quarter of Forest Home Ave and Crowbar Dr.. Legal description: W 1/2 NW 1/4 S 19 T 5 R 20. A plat map is attached.
5(d) Size of Site. 200 acres of the site is west of the city boundary and is located in
the Town of Vernon. Approximately 70 acres is located in the city.
5(e) Application will be conducted in the fall (Oct. Nov.) of 1989 after the crops are
removed.
5(f) The application method will be by hydraulic injection.

5(1) Tom Nelson evaluated the site on April 25 1989. D.N.R. paper work is not
completed at this time, however Mr. Nelson indicated that approximately 1/2 of the
acreage meets D.N.R. code.
