AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
ODOR ABATEMENT EQUIPMENT- WOODS ROAD LIFT STATION
WHEREAS, the bids received for odor abatement modifications at
Resolution #140-89 due to high bid amounts, and
the Woods Road Sewage Pumping Station were rejected in
WHEREAS, two quotes have been received for the equipment cost
of the project as follows:
Energenecs $7,196.00
Van Gergen h Markson, Inc. 8,693.00
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended
acceptance of the quote received from Energenecs in the amount
of $7,196.00 for the purchase of odor control equipment with
funds to be taken from the Borrowed Money Account #100-0000-
0335.
