RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SEWER ASSESSMENT ROLLS OF
DISTRICTS I'D" AND "E"

WHEREAS, on June 15, 1989 the Public Utilities Committee received a request from Alvin Schaefer to sever the front foot sewer
assessment on lands described as tax key #2192.980 and fi2191.998, and
WHEREAS, the total front foot sewer assessment on the property in
8 uestion is a deferred assessment in the current amount of
33,473.86, and
WHEREAS, the front foot sewer assessments on the property in
question when severed on a front foot basis are as follows:
Tax Key No. 2192.980 $16,093.85 Tax Key No. 2191.998 $17,380.01
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended said
severances be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby authorize the City Clerk/Comptroller to
sever the assessment amount of $33,473.86 deferred front foot
sewer assessment as follows:
Tax Key No. 2192.980 $16,093.85 Tax Key No. 2191.998 $17,380.01
unless accepted by Alvin Schaefer on or before June 28, 1989.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution is null and void
