APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on June 1, 1989 to
property in the SE 114 of the SW 114 of Section 2, and
finalize a two parcel redivision of Lot 1 of the Calvin Akin
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval based on
their opinion that the land division does not constitute a
significant change in the overall OPD development approved in
1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission
based on their opinion that the land division does not constitute
a significant change in the overall OPD development approved in
1975, does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a
two parcel redivision of Lot 1 of the Calvin Akin property in the
SE 114 of the SW 114 of Section 2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance
and approval of the City Engineer.
