RESOLUTION #156-89
AUTHORIZING CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS & SPECS
AND BID OUT THE SCHULTZ LANE ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Fall of 1989 is the desirable date for beginning
construction of the Schultz Lane road improvement project, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised of probable cost over-runs
on the project due to the redesign of the plans, and
WHEREAS, Sam Klauser has agreed to pay an additional $6,000.00
toward the cost of this project, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the City
Engineer prepare plans and specs and bid out the project, with
the bid to be awarded upon receipt of approval of the Corps of
Engineers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee
does hereby authorize the City Engineer to prepare plans and
specs and bid out the Schultz Lane road improvement project, with
Engineers, but not until after receipt of all the necessary
easements and the amended Waiver of the additional $6,000.00
assessment signed by Mr. Klauser.
