RESOLUTION U154-89
APPOINTMENT TO MONITORING COMMITTEE
(Franklin Landfill)
WHEREAS, the Waste Facility Siting Committee for the Metro
Landfill located in Franklin and Waste Management of Wisconsin,
Inc. have agreed to establish a Monitoring Committee for the
purpose of working to resolve issues relating to the Metro
Landfill, and
WHEREAS, the Monitoring Committee shall include a
representative of the City of Muskego.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby appoint the following individual to
resolve issues relating to the Metro Landfill located in
serve on the Monitoring Committee for the purpose of working to
Franklin.
