APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
WAUBEESEE LAKE PARK ESTATES
(Town of Norway)
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Waubeesee Lake Park Estates, a
forty-one lot subdivision in Section 18 in the Town of Norway was
submitted on May 10, 1989 and identified as Exhibit A, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego,and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the submittal of the approving and objecting agencies and
submittal of the application fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
