REJECTION OF BIDS
ODOR ABATEMENT MODIFICATIONS
(Pumping Stations)
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for odor abatement
modifications at the Northeast Sewage Pumping Station and the
Woods Road Sewage Pumping Station, and the following bids were
received:
Northeast Sewage Pumping Station
Slater Associates $74,970.00
Joseph Lorenz 86,000.00 (w/o plumbi
Woods Road Sewage Pumping Station
Slater Associates $27,494.00
Joseph Lorenz 38,000.00 (w/o plumbi
WHEREAS, the City Engineers have recommended rejection of all
bids due to their high amounts and the lack of competitive bids.
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended rejection
of all bids.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby reject all bids received for the Odor
Abatement Modifications (Pumping Stations) Project.
