COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION 11139-89
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CONTINUED SUPPORT OF FLOW
WHEREAS, the Common Council has previously adopted Resolutions
providing for its participation in FLOW and committing
financial support therefor, and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has reviewed the
request from FLOW for a $21,000 contribution and has
recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Muskego's contribution of $21,000 to the financial agent for
Utilities Committee, does hereby approve the payment of
FLOW.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds for this expenditure shall be
obtained from the Sewer Utility. 0
