TH S67 27'W 234.50 FT.TH N30 40'W 100 FT to BGN b R/W .611 AC V1258/91 V486/48 QCD 3/82 WHEREAS, the undersigned acceptors of this resolution are benefited by the sewer installation installed in and around Valley Drive, and WHEREAS, the property owners listed below have requested sewer service at this time. NOW, THERFORE, for valuable consideration acknowledged by all parties and resolved and agreed as follows: 0 1. That by executing the acceptance of this Resolution as stated below, the owners of said property also hereby waive special assessment notices and hearings under §66.60(18) and property for the benefit of the sewer improvement referred to consent to the levying of special assessments against their above. 2. That a special assessment is hereby levied against the property stated above in the amount of $3,038.00 less a $1,500 credit due to length of private lateral for a total due in the amount of $1,538.00, with the City paying for the cost of engineering for the installation of the sewer. 0 3. T'nat the assessment may be paid in cash in full on or before November 1, 1989 on in ten (10) annual installments to the City Treasurer, installment payments to bear interest at the rate of 8% per annum on the unpaid balance commencing on November 1, 1989 and said first installment being due on the date when real estate taxes are due and annually thereafter. All assessments or installments which are not paid by'the date tax against the property and all proceedings in relationto the specified shall be extended upon the tax roll as a delinquent estate taxes shall apply to such special assessment, except as collection, return and sale of property for delinquent real otherwise provided by statute. . 4 ..
