APPROVAL OF ASSIGNMENT OF OFFER TO PURCHASE
CITY-OWNED PROPERTY (MCSHANE)
WHEREAS, Resolution 1160-89, as amended, authorized the
acceptance of a counter offer with regard to the sale of the
city-owned McShane property to Reuss Construction Co., Inc. at
a price of $102,800.00, and
WHEREAS, Reuss Construction Co., Inc. has requested the
assignment of this counter-offer to West Lake Development, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the
assignment as attached.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the assignment as attached, for
the sale of the city-owned McShane property to West Lake
Development. ..

THIS AGREEMENT has been entered itit0 this 8 day of + , 1989 by and between REUSS CONSTRUCTION CO.,
INC. (ttAssignortt) and WEST LAKE DEVELOPMENT, a Wisconsin
Partnership (ItAssigneett) for good and valuable consideration.
Assignor does hereby assign all of its right, title and
interest in and to and under Offer to Purchase Vacant Land dated
March 7, 1989, and Counteroffer dated March 27, 1989 with respect
to property described as Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map #5709,
recorded on December 15, 1988, in Volume 46 of Certified Survey
Maps, on Pages 213-216, as Document No. 1514789, being a part of
the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 12, T5N, R20E,
City of Muskego, County of Kaukesha, State of Wisconsin, now
owned by the City of Muskego.

In consideration of the receipt of said assignment, Assignee
does hereby assume all liabilities, duties and responsibilities
pursuant to the aforesaid Offer to Purchase and CounteroEfer.
