ESTABLISHING REGISTRATION FEE FOR
DANGEROUS DOGS
WHEREAS, Ordinance 8647 of the City of Muskego was adopted May
9, 1989 wherein all owners of dangerous dogs shall annually
register their dog with the City Clerk's office and pay a
dangerous dog registration fee effective May 18, 1989, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends the registration fee
to be $25.00 per year with no proration allowed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
fee to be $25.00 per year with no proration allowed.
