DENIAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Larry Chmielewski
requesting legal lot status of two lots created from four
substandard lots and a 20' vacated alley addressed at W188
S7643 Oak Grove Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission reviewed this petition and has
recommended denial.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby deny the petition submitted by Larry
Chmielewski requesting legal lot status of two lots created
from four substandard lots and a 20' vacated alley addressed at
