PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT TRUCK
ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE
WHEREAS, quotes for the Public Works Department one-ton GMC
dump truck with snow plow have been received as follows:
Kuettner Oldsmobile $22,246.00
Lynch Chevrolet
B. Fish GMC
21,964.00
21,575.00
Five Corners GMC 21,497.92 Koeffler Chevrolet 21,491.00
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended acceptance
of the bid submitted by Five Corners GMC in the amount of
$21,497.92, since the low bid of Koeffler Chevrolet did not
contain all the options requested in the bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby approve the quote received from Five Corners GMC for a one ton dump truck with snow plow at a cost
of $21,497.92.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized to
execute the necessary documents for said purchase in the name of the City.
