RESOLUTION #123-89
DECLARING CERTAIN WEEDS TO BE NOXIOUS
IN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, Section 66.96 of the Wisconsin Statutes sets forth
certain weeds to be declared noxious, and
WHEREAS, Section 66.96 provides that the Common Council by
resolution, may declare other weeds noxious.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, pursuant to Section 66.96 of the Wisconsin
Statutes does hereby declare that the following weeds be termed
Waukesha County, Wisconsin:
noxious weeds within the boundaries of the City of Muskego,
Canada Thistle Wild Radish
Perennial Sow Thistle
Bull Thistle
White Cockle
Cockleburr Ragweed
Yellow Rocket
Leafy Spurge
Field Bindweed
English Charlock
Goatbeard
Wild Mustard
Marijuana
Indian Mustard
