ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR 1989 SEALCOATING
ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department advertised for bids for
bids have been received:
the 1989 Sealcoating Road Improvement Program and the following
WOLF CONSTRUCTION CO., INC.
1. Asphalt Emulsions
MAC- 5 $0.89 per gallon
CRS-2 0.74 per gallon
HFE-90 0.78 per gallon
HFE-150 0.78 per gallon
Slurry Seal
2. Aggregate for Sealcoating (Pea Gravel) 8.95 per Ton
0.73 sq. yard

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
low bid of L & W Construction Co. Inc. for the sealcoating be
accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee does hereby accept the low bid of L & W Construction
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Co., Inc. in the amounts listed above for the Asphalt Emulsions
and Aggregate for Sealcoating (Pea Gravel).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance security of $30,000
may be submitted in the form of a bond.
