RESOLUTION 11116-89
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ASSIGNMENT OF FRANCHISE
AS COLLATERAL SECURITY
(Ingersoll Industries, Inc.)
WHEREAS, S. Reid Ingersoll has requested the City consent to the
collateral assignment of his franchise to operate in Muskego to
Banker's Trust Company, as stated in his letter to the City dated
April 18, 1989, and
WHEREAS, the Public Welfare Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Welfare
Committee, does hereby consent to the collateral assignment of
their franchise to operate in the City of Muskego to Banker's
Trust Company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that by consenting to the above, the City
with Ingersoll Ca le Corporation and/or Ingersoll Industries,
does not waive an of its rights under the applicable agreements
Inc. and applicable laws and ordinances.

Committee, does hereby consent to the collateral assignment of
their franchise to operate in the City of Muskego to Banker's
Trust Company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that by consenting to the above, the City
with Ingersoll Cable Corporation and/or Ingersoll Industries,
does not waive any of its rights under the applicable agreements
Inc. and applicable laws and ordinances.
