AUTHORIZE MPENDiTURE OF FUNDS
(Historical Society)
WHEREAS, Account 0100-0000-0303 was established for the deposit
of the $500.00 annual fee paid by Ingersoll Cable Corp. to the
City for lease of land in the Old Muskego Settlement Centre, and
WHEREAS, said funds may be used by the Muskego Historical Society
for Old Muskego Settlement Centre purposes only, subject to
approval of the Parks and Recreation Board and the Common
Counci 1, and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board has recommended approval
of expenditures as requested by the Historical Society as
follows:
$1,500.00 for two additions to the existing barn building
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval and that all building permit fees be waived.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the request of the Historical
Society for the expenditure of funds from Account 0100-0000-0303
to the existing barn building at the Old Muskego Settlement
in the amount of $1,500.00 for the construction of two additions
Centre.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all building permit fees be waived.
