RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY
(Woods Road/Lannon Drive West Water Project)
WISCONSIN, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY,

That this Resolution is a resolution of necessity in
accordance with §32.06(1) and 32.07(2), Wisconsin
Statutes, relating to the within-described public
improvement project:
That it is hereby determined that it is necessary for
the City of Muskego to acquire easements for the
installation of water improvements:
That it is also necessary, in the furtherance of the
above stated public purpose, for the City of Muskego to
acquire easements to the following described real
estate:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "1" CONSISTING
OF A LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND MAP
That the City of Muskego will acquire, by condemnation
in accordance with Chapter 32, Wisconsin Statutes, if
necessary, the above-described interest in the above
described real estate from the record owners thereof,
and from any and all other persons or entities who may
have a record interest in said real estate.
That the herein Resolution was passed and adopted bv the
City Council of the City of Muskego ;his 25th day-of April
1989, by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays.

Woods Road Watermain Easement
All that part of the Northwest one quarter of Section 15, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin bounded and described as follows:
A 17.00 foot wide permanent watermain easement parallel and
with said easement being adjacent to the right-of-way of adjacent to the Northwest right-of-way line of Woods Road
Lannon Drive, Said easement is located in the Southeast corner of the property known a6 Muskego Tax Key No. 2221.999
and as per the attached Exhibit "A".
